ery disappointing!! Avoid. Awful customer service. Me and friend went ice skating at one of their events. The ice skating shoes unfortunately gave me a bad blister and therefore we were only able to skate for half of the appropriate time. The time at the time gave me no such apology for the skates causing a blister.It took the company over two weeks to respond to my initial email. Upon responding the company threatened me that should I follow this up with small claim then they would look to seek court costs from me should I lose. For £9.99 I wouldn't court action anyway. I got no such apology or refund from the company that me and my friend could only skate for half of the time. The response also mentioned I may have had the blister before. I had no such blister. Also the company lied to me and said St John's ambulance said I wasn't wearing the appropriate socks when nobody from St John's saw me or the socks I was wearing. This is Fraud.
