Fantastic! consistent customer serviceThe advisor (Tom) that was allocated to me was excellent. The organisation clearly have a process which he followed and left me feeling assured (as far as one can be in these matters) that things were being dealt with appropriately. I’m exceptionally busy so maintaining contact with me was often difficult. However Tom was persistent in attempting to reach me, sent me information when he said he would, checked to be sure I had received it and patiently explained the options.Based on his review and my future plans, I did choose to move a pension from one provider to another based solely on his recommendation.I’ve suggested several family members that have contacted Tom Sweeney @ Secure For Life (Nice Guy)

Phoned me,after hour hour of saying no,already got a life insurance, they then asked for my bank details, and I refused, but they kept on,so put phone down on them, they said they were part of sunlife group, but after ringing sunlife, they said they wasn't part of them

Terrible service, myself and my partner took out life insurance separately with this company, but they did not inform us what we were covered for. We found out it does not cover for critical illness.We then cancelled with them but then said there was a cancellation fee which we were not informed with. It turned out they could not take any money out of our account anyway; our mortgage advisor told us.We then set up a propper insurance cover with Aviva.Secure for life has called me today wanting my services back. I told him NO. They are liars and just want commission.

I had an existing policy through L&G and thought I was on the best deal, then an adviser named Mark Turner called me and went through all the other options I had. He put me on a vitality policy that was based on my activity levels, I now get lots of benefits and I am saving over £15 per month. Would highly recommend this company and the service they have provided me. So far cannot fault the service

Scammers , phoned my husband and I, at first thought they were our insurance but no , they were trying to scam us for a commission to get us to change from another insurance that we are happy with for a more expensive deal somewhere else . Avoid , if a broker rings you , then they are up to no good , they then submitted to the one we already have which alarmed us , does that mean we have no insurance ? Which means if I have to apply because of need then I've been tricked ..

Start out helpful, then I rang to cancel within the month and was told to cancel direct debit and they would make a note of it. Hounded me since, when I told them the policy was cancelled they said they don’t have any records of this and want to charge a cancellation fee. Not an honest company steer clear and contact insurance companies directly. They are just a broker out for the fees.
