Beloved Pet Funeral Care

My beloved dog Lucie was put to sleep on the 11th August. I contacted Beloved Pet Funeral care with a date for Lucie to be taken by Stephanie and her staff. Once contact was made I can say 100 percent customer care and respect for your pet also. Lucie was returned to me 24 hours later with great care they also enclosed a gift for my granddaughter too. I would highly recommend them 150%.

When we said goodbye to my mums beloved Daisy, we chose Beloved Pet Funeral Care. Right from the start Stephanie was compassionate and kind. The process was easy. We took Daisy direct to Stephanie and the resting room is beautiful. You can spend as much or as little time with your pet as you want. We collected Daisy the next day and the care and detail was exactly what she deserved. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Stephanie and her team to others who wish to have their pet cremated. It was a humbling experience.

I would just like to thank Stephanie for the care, attention, love and compassion that she showed to myself, my husband & our wee baby Giza. Thanks to Stephanie's calm serenity she helped ease our loss at such a sad time for us.At 17 years young Giza was our everything and Stephanie completely understood the massive hole of losing her that has been left in our lives and hearts. There was more empathy and consideration shown to us and Giza by Beloved Pet Funeral Care than we’ve ever experienced from undertakers that dealt with the loss of human members of our family!Stephanie kept in touch with us and that morning she let me know what time Giza’s funeral would take place, so that we could think of her at that moment. I had given Stephanie a poem I'd written for Giza and she read it out at her funeral. Everything associated with Giza’s funeral and her safe return was just perfect. She was returned to us in less than 32 hours.We both felt so much better once Giza was home with us, knowing that she had been looked after so well. The attention to detail that Stephanie and Beloved Pet Funeral Care paid to Giza and us was absolutely wonderful. We were overwhelmed with the service provided. All the little details, Giza's paw prints, the four pins from her broken leg, her cremation certificate, the velvet pouch containing her ashes tied up in tissue with a ribbon, the wee pale pink rose sitting on top, were beautifully presented and that made her return to us so much more special.I was also overcome with the words in Stephanie’s personal note to me that accompanied Giza’s ashes. I will never listen to Kingston Town the same way ever again. Thank you for helping Giza cross over to Rainbow Bridge, where she can return to health and play with her protector and big brother, Pushkin.Thank you so much for all you've done for Giza, and for us. We have visited Beloved Pet Funeral Care twice now.Their service is absolutely 100% perfect. Stephanie & Graham are more than respectful and I feel no matter what was asked of them they would happily oblige. Just a perfect atmosphere and setting for a less than ideal time in a pet owners life.We love our pets as much as it is possible and the send off we have experienced here has genuinely made it easier to cope with the loss of a loved pet.Thank you to the staff.

If I could give Beloved Pet Funeral Care 10 stars I would. Stephanie & Graham were totally professional & respectful from start to finish & made us feel our wee boy was as precious to them as he was to us. The attention to detail & the lovely little touches made all the difference. What was outstanding & so touching was how his blankets were returned to us folded with a lovely ribbon & his name on. Absolutely 1st rate.

We would like to thank Stephanie and Graham for the care and compassion in our hour of need in saying sweet dreams to our beloved Brodie. Their farewell room is beautifully set out with a lovely calming energy within the room, which made it easier to say goodbye to our lovely fur baby.Stephanie was lovely to talk to, making us feel comfortable and reassured that Brodie was in caring and respectful hands.On receiving Brodie's ashes in a beautifully wrapped and presented urn, we discovered a lovely hand written card with a touching sentiment as well as a lock of Brodie's fur and 2 paw prints.
