I went in for a consult and a cut and a blow dry. The consult was lovely, hair wash and I even had a lovely head massage. Had a nice straight cut and then came the blow drying. The lady used a round brush to first come my hair out and another round brush to curl it. Multiple times throughout the process my hair kept get caught and stuck in the brush wherein she had to manually pull each one out. As you can imagine it was very painful. The hair dresser said she liked this method and it usually works quite well and never stuck on so bad as my hair but for whatever reason kept going with it. Multiple sections of this and for the first time ever I had to stop a hairdresser mid procedure because it was so bloody painful. I've got very long hair and have had my hair done by many people but I wouldn't ever go back here for a blowdry. I paid 40 pounds essentially to have my hair tugged, broken and snapped. At the end of it the brushes on her little table were covered with my hair! If you have short hair maybe this will work for you but most definitely not a place for long hair.

Great haircut! Visited the salon yesterday, I got a last minute appointment, and the whole team were lovely. Melissa did a great job with my hair and offered useful and knowledgeable advice for styling at home. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Came in just on the off chance, given an appointment on the spot. Nesrin made me feel comfortable and I felt like I could trust her with my long curly and complicated hair. Had a great experience with laughs and fun. Most importantly my hair looks better than I imagined and left the salon smiling!

We went to have our 4 year old son's haircut.He was quite reluctant to have it done. After much patience from Nesarin (apologies for spelling!), Charlotte and Joe , they managed to calm him (and us) down and had his haircut!Thank you for your time and being so good with Frankie.
