I thought I would take a coach trip last month but as I am deaf I needed to be near the driver as I constantly miss tannoy messages. But this wasn't allowed . As I was on my own I wouldn't have anyone to talk to so wanted to make the most of the view as well. As the conversation with the booking desk wasn't going well I decided not to pursue it further. Went on the local bus for free instead and got the front seat.
