Superb service. My oven wasn't working correctly and the owner established over the phone I needed a new element. Had the part in stock, called in to collect and helped me on how to change it myself (I am not a DIY person!).Changed the part myself and I have a working oven. Many thanks for your help again and I now where to come now for any other appliances.

Bought a part to fix my oven which wasn't the problem even though it hadn't been used he wouldn't refund me, said dont take anything back, sorry your the only business ive dealt with who don't expect returns, move into the 21st century

I was given an 08:00 - 10:00 time slot to fix my washing machine. He arrived at 08:00 on the dot, identified the problem very quickly and had the parts in his van. He was polite, friendly and professional

Had a dishwasher repaired. First class service, very quick and reasonable cost. What more could you want. Will be my first port of call for domestic appliances so if you are local give this business a try. Highly recommended.

Extremely rude! Terrible communication!Told me he'd come in the morning (didn't give me a specific time). Turned up at 08:10 when I was over the road for 2 mins doing the nursery drop. Rather than call me, he drove off. When I called to find out where he was he made out it was my fault and put the phone down!Needs to change his attitude and service quickly!

Couldn't get anyone interested in repairing my built in microwave but Grantham appliance services repaired it quickly with no fuss and at an extremely fair price. Highly recommended.

The Seal on my oven door had to be replaced. They ordered the part in and replaced it the following week. Very pleased with the service.

I called to get a quote to repair a Samsung washing machine. Was told they were unable to source Samsung parts since lockdown, so declined the work. I looked on line for Samsung parts, straight away I found the part I needed directly with Samsung - delivered next day. Now I just need to find someone to fit it - unfortunately won't be trying here next time, they don't seem to want the work.

Went in to enquire about tumble dryer repair, told the call out charge would be cheaper if I took the dryer into the shop! Couldn't be bothered to quote me a price to fix it! Clearly didn't want the business! First and last time I go in there!!
