Phoned and ordered a new Neff Combi Oven / Microwave at lunchtime and less than 24 hours later it was delivered by their own team of delivery personnel and not some courier who potentially won’t handle your item with care, and not just dropped at the door either, they took it straight through to the kitchen and even offered to help make sure it was the correct fit before they left. I think it was James I spoke to on the phone when I placed my order, he was polite and very helpful.To sum up, very competitive on price, and an excellent service.

Small business, so I was afraid it would be expensive. Far from it. I ordered 8 kitchen appliances and they were all price matched with the lowest price in Nottingham.As for service: 1++. From first contact to delivery and after service, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I've spoken to all staff including the owner during the time of order to delivery and there was not one negative experience. Professionell, friendly and funny. Of course there were a couple of hick ups, which one would expect with such a large order, but I couldn't have felt in better hands and all has been dealed with immediately and sorted in due time. All those people with bad reviews, please go to one of the franchises in Nottingham, that's when you get bad service. For me the whole staff of this company has put my stressed mind in getting a new kitchen as ease. Thank you so much.

Excellent service from LE Appliances. Supplied and fitted a new washing machine in only a few days. Understood our needs, recommended models, and gave us an excellent deal. Fitting new and taking away old machines was a delight, as well as providing detail on using the new machine and its various programmes & settings. LE Appliances are now our first choice for domestic appliances.

We needed a new washing machine. We went to Long Eaton Appliances. Expert sales person (Michael) sorted out what we needed. The whole process of selection and payment took 15 mins. Delivery arranged, delivery/installation team took our old machine away and installed our new one. They stayed whilst we did a short cycle wash to ensure no leaks or that the machine wasn’t bouncing around on spin cycle.Faultless and pleasurable process start to finish. Will definitely return for any other white goods.

Fantastic service from start to finish. From our first visit to the Long Eaton showroom to the delivery of our new appliances, the experience was seamless and utterly brilliant.
