Absolutely shocking service - Purchased a combi boiler and within 10 months it had broken. Booked an engineer repair as part of the warranty. The earliest point an engineer could come out was in 5 days time. I booked a day off work to be in for the engineer, only to find out on the day at 10am that the appointment had been cancelled. They didn't contact me to inform me. Instead I found this out when contacting them, querying when the engineer would be here. I complained and explained how unacceptable this was, having no hot water or heating in winter, with a pregnant occupant in the house. This really is a disgusting service. They said they would phone back when they could get an engineer to me later that day. No phone call was ever received. I had to phone back to find out a new engineer had been booked for the following day. This was at 4pm. No notice period to ensure someone was in the proprty. Absolutely shocking. Do not purchase a boiler from these cowboys. I will be escalating this further, as I do not thing this is an acceptable service.

Absolutely disgusted with Baxi. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have boiler protection cover with them (through Domestic & General), and have been trying to get my boiler serviced for months now. They keep cancelling my appointment. I tried to raise a complaint last time and the customer service told me they would put a note not to drop the job (as if this should be a necessary request!). Guess what, they have cancelled another appointment. I have now come to the end of my year policy without getting the boiler service I have paid for. They are trying to reschedule me for February! They clearly don’t have enough staff but are happy to take my money. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I will be raising a complaint on Monday and will be requesting a full refund! Absolutely shocking

We recently had our Baxi boiler repaired under warranty (it is 5 years old with a 10 year warranty). It was easy to book an appointment using the website. The engineer arrived as scheduled, undertook the repair efficiently and left everything working properly. I am very pleased with the service provided

I used the online booking service to arrange a fixed price repair on my Potterton boiler. The engineer came at the agreed date and time and got the boiler back to full working order. Can't ask for more than that. Very pleased with the service.

Contacted Baxi as part of domestic and general cover. Concerned of a possible carbon monoxide leak. Very quick to respond. Very reassuring. Lovely guy came to the house. Did his job quickly and efficiently. Really pleased to have this level of support. I would chose Baxi again.

Really bad company. I been waiting 2 weeks for my boiler to be fix and still nothing has been done. Is the winter is freezing outside and I have 7 moths old baby but seams that they don’t care. No hot water or heating for 2 weeks and I don’t know when they will fix it and is brand new boiler still in guarantee. My advice is don’t go for Baxi if you don’t want to be in situation like me. I’m literally calling every day and nothing is done and god knows when they will fix it. Worst company ever.

We have a Baxi Platinum boiler which is within the 10 year warranty, but which has generated an E133 fault code on 4 occasions.Mark Allen, Baxi service engineer (234) attended our property yesterday, just 24 hours after the job was booked through Baxi customer support.Although the error code had disappeared on his arrival, Mark did not take the easy option of immediately leaving. Instead, he spent nearly 2 hours fixing the issue, replacing components and keeping us well informed as to what he was doing and why. Quite simply, he could not have been more helpful and professional.Mark Allen went well above and beyond in fixing our boiler and we simply could not have wished for anyone better. He has single handedly restored our faith in Baxi as a brand following 3 previous attempts to fix the same error code. Thank you Mark.
