Ordered a bouquet for a special 80th birthday gift as we could not be there on the day. The recipient was slightly embarrassed to show us the next day when we took photos. As we did not complain within 3 days Haute offered us £10 for a new purchase…. they did not request any photos and when we escalated the case with photos and video we received the exact same response as the first email offering £10 with no acknowledgement of the photos or quality. This company operates also under ‘Prestige Flowers’ and ‘Prestige Gifts’ but this was anything but. So sadly our mum got a terrible birthday gift for £70 and all Haute want us to do is spend more money with them for £10 discount. I don’t think so…. Next time we will use a local florist - probably what we should have done first time round

My aunt sent me these for my birthday on the 5th today is the 8th and I have flowers that have turned into mush with mould on them. For £50 it’s absolutely shocking. Even the supermarkets have a 7 day promise. On the day I got them (1st image) you can tell the outer petals were frost burnt already and the rest were taken this morning 8th. We sent the images to my aunt and she’s been refused a refund as there is no promise of how long they will last…. We’ll also no promise on when they will arrive as my mothers birthday is a few days after mine and they have gone missing it’s ok as will be arriving 2 days after the original delivery date. Now if there is no promise how long they will last and the second bunch have been missing in the post for 2 days I’m not holding out much hope.The disregard to the situation and the level of customer service is disgusting. £50 for flowers to last not even 48 hours and the others to have their life span reduced by two days if they even arrive alive or even at all. I’ve told her just to get in touch with her bank as this is nothing but unsatisfactory goods.It’s embarrassing that a gift she has spent her money on is of this quality and embarrassing that I had to tell her.

Extremely disappointed as they were for a 60th birthday, not only with the flowers not being delivered when they said it would be, meaning i had to stay in the next day for the package, which even then came Late. But also the condition of the flowers. Damaged and looking worse for wear. Won't be using or recommending this company again.

Absolutely worst bouquet we have ever received. Will never return to this company again. Ordered flowers for our special occasion and had to go to buy other flowers.Wanted to contact company straight away but had to wait until Monday. Customer service is absolutely unfriendly. Comparing what we have received and what we have ordered are completely two different bouquet however their customer service representative Aaron is stating this is correct delivery. Offered us 10 pound refund and mentioned they will improve quality check. We do not need your quality check in future, we wanted nice bouquet to be delivered. Please stay away if you do not want to be disappointed. Worst experience ever...

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered! Squashed flowers, dirty lillies!! DO NOT USE!!!! I paid £55 for this bouquet I’m now having to go to a florist to add to it myself as it’s a poor excuse for a £55 bouquet …. £10 credit to use them again? NO THANKS

I have used Haute on many occasions in the past so was very disappointed when I bought a bouquet for a recently bereaved friend. The roses were dead from day one. A replacement had the same issue and I have been refused a full refund but offered a credit note to less than half the value. I will not be using this company again!

I like to use this flower sending service. K can surprise my friends even if it is last minute. I live in Germany for now so have not seen the flowers myself but was told they are lovely and long lasting. I put some photos my friends sent me. With one there is a vase which looks really good. Very happy with the service and product.

Worst experience sending flowers ever. They use the worst courier, flowers never arrived. They missed my best friends bday and today they left it in some random hallway / random signature. Jamie in their customer service is unbelievably unhelpful and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
