Ben took care of absolutely everything from working with us on our design to the final install and met every single criteria that was asked of him with absolutely no fuss. The guys who fitted the racking were an absolute dream to work around as we were functioning as a warehouse both before and during the install which could have proved tricky for both parties. Even when we had to push the installation date back on more than one occasion this was met with a simple no problem." We have recently had our annual racking inspection carried out by Prime Workspace Solutions, the inspector was excellent from the minute he arrived on site, from a great greeting to an extremely professional quality service.The inspector kept us up to date with how the inspection was going throughout, pointing out any issues or damages that needed attention in the correct informative manner.The repairs that were needed were actioned and parts were ordered in a very positive timely manner.I would like to thank Prime for a great experience and professional service.We will be certainly be using Prime Workspace Solutions for all future inspections/services.
