Shane is extremely friendly and professional, and has an excellent standard of work. We've had our carpets fitted today and we couldn't be happier with the results! The style is beautiful, the price was really reasonable, it was fitted in a really timely manner and it makes a big difference that Shane is such a nice guy.I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to get their carpets done!

Shane & Olly did an absolutely fantastic job fitting lvt to my house. It looks beautiful and the fitting was meticulous, I’m so happy with it. Both were very professional and polite and got the job done when they said they would. They also completed a rescue mission on a stairs carpet that I’d had awfully fitted by another trader, managing to salvage the carpet and re fit it safely, thankfully. I highly recommend them to anyone. 5 stars.

I am extremely happy with my new flooring! Shane was very friendly, fast, clean and efficient. I was recommended to use Shane Francis Flooring through a friend who had had their carpet laid by Shane a little while a go. I sent him a message through his facebook page which he replied to very quickly and then came out to quote within a couple of days. He was then able to lay the carpet within the timescale that suited us. We are both delighted with our new carpet and couldn't recommend Shane enough!

Shane and his team have just completed the LVT flooring in our new extension and existing kitchen - seamlessly joining the original timber floor with the new concrete one.They have been thoroughly professional, tidy and reliable throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them.Will definitely use again and thanks for such a great job!

Great service from start to finish. Shane quoted on same day and brought all samples so we were able to choose, order and get booked in straight away. Quality of flooring (we had carpet and luxury vinyl) is fab and the finished look is brilliant. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend
