I have to go through an Housing association to report a problem at our laundry room, but once the wheels are set in motion repairs are done promptly.

Great company, easy to deal with and helpful. I have dealt with a few people since I bought my machines and everyone has been helpful. They do what they say they’re going to do…unlike their competitors.

Unfortunately, our experience with Wolf has been a complete disaster. I own and run a small clothing alterations shop in Bournemouth, Dorset. We purchased a Bieffe industrial iron unit in August 2016. In May of this year we were experiencing problems with it. It was spewing out water. And was unsafe to use as we saw and heard a spark. In October we contacted Wolf who informed us that they did not have an engineer local to us but we could ship it up to them. We did so on a pallet at a cost of £60. We were promised a turnaround of a few days. We called several times. Each time we were promised it will be with you" in a couple of days.Finally this Monday it arrived. And guess what

Awful company to buy commercial machines from. I bought a washing machine and a Maytag dryer from them recently and within a year it started to breakdown repeatedly. They were fixing it during the first year, but now they are unable to get the parts every time the machine breakdown. Their machines are expensive so I can confidently state that their machines are not worth the cost so is their services.Please do not ever buy these machine ever. I have to give them negative star rating if available.

Wolf has just installed all new commercial washers & dryers in our Hair Salon. The service from beginning to end was amazing, very transparent and honest. All installed within 14 days of enquiry. Very happy to recommend!! Thank you for your support!

Absolutely awful company. Be very wary of buying anything from this company that is used but supposed to be reconditioned. My item broke down soon after purchase and when I got an independent quote for repair from an authorised agent of the manufacturer it was found that all the internal components were corroded and nothing at all had been replaced so their claim of this item being reconditioned was a complete and utter lie. To this day this company did nothing to help me get a repair or offer a refund. In the end my credit card company finally stepped in and refunded me the initial purchase price and also the call out charge from the authorised repair agent. This was a very traumatic and time consuming affair for a new start up holiday accommodation business. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I have a small ironing/laundry business and for the last several years have used Wolf Laundry for both equipment and maintenance. Have been happy with both so I'm not the sort who sends a review to say I'm happy each time. If you pay for a service then you should expect it to be correct.However there was a situation a few weeks ago when I was unhappy following a visit to one of my dryers, the dryer was fixed but it was the paper work that followed I had an issue with. I let it fester which was wrong. Chris the sales manager contacted me recently about equipment he had for sale and I brought up with him my previous concerns. Within 15 mins the matter was resolved and it was my misunderstanding in the first place.Hence my review. What makes for a good company is how a concern is dealt with as in this instance.

Needed at new Washing machine for our community of 9 apartments. What a pleasure from start to finish dealing with Wolf Laundry, the telephone operatives were helpful, polite, and efficient, dealing with my numerous calls. The mechanic/installer of the new machine did an excellent job fitting the machine in an awkward location, and had to overcome one or two hurdles to get it done. I would highly recommend this company who I have dealt with for several years now. Thanks.

We had 2 washing machines and 2 dryers fitted by Wolf Laundry in Student accommodation and the service was exceptional from first point of contact to the final fit, extremely well manged and we are very satisfied with the product and service provided.I would have no hesitation in recommending Wolf Laundry, they are a very professional and committed company.
