Came to this branch yesterday and i literally never write reviews but i had to say the food was well below par and the staff had the worst attitude ever,i get that they probably don't want to be there but christ they were miserable,might aswell been served by basil fawlty

If you wait for the pizza to come out of the oven it's very fresh and hot. Yum ! Yum.

Really not happy with my experience here just now...Asked for a baguette and she did me a role, when I said it was a baguette the woman staff give me the most horrible look ever. She looked at me like I was nothing. She didn't put no butter on the baguette and it was just a joke.After the mess about and the horrible way she looked at me I get back in the van to find raw bacon. What a waste of five pounds. Never coming back.When I asked her to put hash brown on my baguette she just point blank refused. Five lane ends is so much better. Juliet at five lane ends is a saint. Forster square, nasty Gregg's and a nasty woman serving. Time was 8.15 on the 21st July 2023..RAW BACON !!!!!! NOT HAPPY

Disappointed with the cheese and onion bake today it was cold. The hot chocolate was ok didn't have its normal flavours. Price was ok on the meal deal at £3.35. Had the meal to sit in Gregg's.

The veg slices nice to see back and we're nice however the beef and veg pasties were poor and that's being generous, tasteless, no flavour and for what they cost it should really be 1 star, this is why I hardly use them expensive and not good

I usually visit here in peak times, it can be a bit hit and miss in terms of availability of stock, like sandwiches for example, some times i've been in and there has been barely any choice of pastries, so 3 stars only from me.

Not even worth a one star. Just popped in a minute ago for a breakfast baguette. Would avoid going there at all cost. ZERO food hygiene. A young girl took my order at the till, however the young lad behind her proceeded to pick up the baguette with his bare hands to make my sandwich. His manager told him to serve the next person so the young girl who served me on the till then proceeded to touch the same baguette with her bare hands to make the sandwich up. Disgusting. I questioned it as neither of them were wearing gloves and her response was ‘I’ve just washed my hands’. I am sorry but how am I supposed to know that as a customer PLUS if you’re touch money, cards etc… how do I know your supposedly ‘washed hands’ are clean. I’ve walked away with a wasted baguette as neither her or her manager honoured the fact I questioned the hygiene. I would suggest working around food, you wear gloves.

Excellent product range and food is always warm and I love their coffee.
