As always my partner and I dropped into our local McDonald's to receive a warm and welcoming greeting as well as warm atmosphere, we ordered our usual meal, sat in our favourite seat, obviously not always available, used the toilet facilities, always clean, and passed away our time happy.

I would say they are not very attentive what they are serving. This is my second visit in last three days. We have quite big order in day before yesterday and coffee served was really cold and Big Mac served with only cheese Big Mac, think they messed up with some other order. Eventually they changed coffee and Big Mac after complaints.Today we went only for coffee, ice cream and apple pie around 10:15 pm. But the ice cream machine was closed so no cold desert. The Apple pie was served cold or not freshly backed. And it was meant to serve before 21:13 according the level. I was so disappointed that even do not bother to go to counter to complain. Do not know is it their regular service or when they see the holiday makers they do not bother about service. But both occasions we visit it was not busy at all.

It's fairly new place, clean for the most part, toilet wad also clean. lots of self orders counters, parking outside is okayish, can get crowded fast especially for travelers. There is a playground outside which is good for kids. food was served quick, they have a counter to get ketchup and brown sauce which other mcdonalds doesn't.

Cold food, hot drinks cold too, staff unable to give any guidance on allergens. The allergen sheet isn't technically correct either as it states that porridge is gluten free but the oats apparently have wheat flour in them

This brand new outlet could get pretty hectic but if you pitch your time right the retesting is in great shape and at lunch on Saturday the place was fine. I like how deliveroo/uber eats etc have a dedicated collection point to reduce chassis fir regular diners. If you like McDonalds, this is a great outlet.

Typical McDonald's. Easy to get to on outskirts of Rhyl. Convenient. Used drive thru. Often busy and nowhere to park. Not ideal when you're told to wait in car park and food will be brought to you.Quite a lot of parking bays all numbered, but unable to see number when you've parked over it (if using click and serve) and usually very busy so parking spaces full.Good location but not always easy to drive out as its near to a busy roundabout.No WiFi signal in car park, so can be tricky to use app once arrived.Otherwise, what you would expect. Good service.

Treat for tea, me n hubbs decided to have a naughty treat, wanted to try the new cheese one but wasnt available so had my usual big mac. All food was fresh and hot, we even got table service, so good visit. 10/10 from us both. This was the new mcd in Rhyl near bnq.

I don't like McDonald's myself, but my friend does ,so we called in as she was hungry. The drive through was easy enough, but we had to wait quite a while for the food. I really don't understand why people rave on about this stuff ? I only had fries,and they were just about warm. My friend ate hers ,but, she'd eat anything. Guts of steel she has. I would rather go hungry.

I went here for a breakfast as I was driving.The food was standard McDonald's, nice but nothing special.I ordered a hot chocolate which came steaming hot.Whilst driving away I tasted it and it was the worst hot chocolate I have ever tasted.It was weak brown water with no chocolate taste.I was already away down the road so just poured it away.
