Brilliant, really caring people, the food is good and they have a great activitys person keeping everyone busy, well done and keep up the good work

The manager and care team are so very kind and caring. The atmosphere in the home is calm and reassuring. The environment is clean and well kept and the needs of residents are well catered for. Events are provided to entertain the residents which are varied, fun and interesting, lounge areas are great for company, tv and chats. For those requiring quiet time rooms are spacious, light and comfortable with tv’s and plenty of lovely, kind and cheerful staff popping in for checks. From a family perspective it is so very reassuring to know mum is safe and being well cared for.

I couldn’t rate Ponteland Manor highly enough. The level of care and consideration shown is second to none the staff are wonderful with all of the residents. It means the world to know our loved one is being so well looked after.

Visit regularly as a healthcare professional. Staff always have a keen interest in the welfare of their residents , actively seeking feedback from visiting professionals re patient (resident) health progression. Staff are also very proactive in discussing the role they can play in improving resident health and wellbeing which is refreshing.I have met/liaised/worked with the home manager on many occasions. She comes across as exceptionally vested in the health and well-being of her residents which is blatantly the heart of her role.I haven't yet met a patient (resident) who isn't well cared for and who doesn't come across as well settled and happy in this environment.

All of the staff here were so kind, professional, and compassionate while my father was staying here. Couldn't ask for better care for him and always friendly and helpful. A credit to the profession.
