We had a great experience at Horologica. Our clock wasn't working, Gordon was quick to reply to my messages and managed to fix it on the same day I dropped it off.Had estimated from £50 but after looking at it turns out the battery had leaked and just needed a good clean up so only charged us £20.Thought this was so good of him so will definitely recommend and be back with any other clocks we have.

Absolutely superb service our mantle clock hasn’t been working for a few years.Took it to Horologica, and was given so much information about clock we didn’t know about.Gordon repaired it keeping us informed each stage carried out.I would give more than 5 stars as we are so pleased to have our clock up and working.I highly recommend Gordon

I had the case of my Grandmother clock restored after a flood and when it came back I couldn’t get it to work. I rang Gordon at Horologica for help. He was super and talked me through the various things we could do, so clear with what I should do and did not rush me while I was doing it.We managed to get the clock to work and I am so grateful.I would recommend him and his services every time.

Very pleased with both the quick response and the valuable advice. I had inherited a clock from my Dad and the chiming winder was giving me problems but Gordon at Horological explained how the mechanism worked and that solved it for me. Delighted with help. PS there are lots of good tips and advice throughout the Horological website too !
