I was incredibly impressed with the entire process when my car needed to have bodywork done as a result of being driven in to.From the initial contact from Joanne, the detailed quote provided and the quality of the work itself, every aspect was excellent.Joanne dealt directly with the insurance company on my behalf and a good quality courtesy car was provided under the terms of my policy.A big thanks to all the team at RRG ARC Bolton. Incredible job by RRG in fixing my Yaris. Someone had damaged the bumper and as I expected the repair was incredible. So glad I asked the insurance company to deal with RRG rather than a back street garage. They picked up from my home and delivered it back, everything was so easy. Hope I don’t have anyone drive into me again but if I do I’ll go back to RRG.

I recently had to have accident repair work carried out on my car. I took it to RRG Bolton repair centre . On arriving I was put at ease by Joanne and her colleague on reception, they asked their workshop team to carry out the estimate. They then arranged the date for the car to go in for repair and kept me informed of progress. On collecting the car (my pride and joy) it was in showroom condition, valeted inside and out.I took my car to this repair centre because I knew they would use original (not spurious) parts and guarantee their work.I would challenge anybody to tell me what part of the car had been repaired, you would have to try hard to better this repair centre and I would wholeheartedly recommend RRG Bolton repair centre to anybody.

I bought my car from RRG and after a crash, I wanted it repaired by them as they are an approved Toyota repair centre, I can't recommend RRG Accident Repair Centre enough, customer service from start to finish was excellent, from booking my car in to having it collected, repaired and returned, looks good as new!

I'll start by saying this.This accident repair service is the best service there is for customers wanting a repair to their vehicle.You might think to yourself and doubt whether or not you should go ahead with that booking at this centre. Whether it is worth the money and time or not.I'm here to tell you, YES. It will be a huge load of stress removed from your mind. Trust me.I recently damaged my car on the rear and had some faults appear. This company has taken care of EVERYTHING for me. Excellent all round service from this company after a recent accident.Our Toyota Chr car was new in January this year and sadly damaged in March. Our insurance company's recommended body repair shops were unable to effect any repairs until July ! This was unacceptable in our view. Our preferred option was always to have it repaired by the main dealer from whom we had purchased the car and knew they could do the work in a much quicker time frame at their purpose built and well equipped RRG body shop in Bolton. With the help of their engineer, Martin, we eventually got Aviva to agree to the repairs being done there.The work was done whilst we were away on holiday and not only did RRG collect the car, they also delivered it back to us on our return from the holiday.The quality of repair they carried out is absolutely first class. The car is back to its brand new condition and you are unable to tell that any work was done. If we had been forced to await for the insurance companies own recommended repairers to do the work we would still be waiting now and for another month to come !!Well done RRG Accident Repair Centre, Bolton.Brian Nield.
