Really happy with the service and support offered today by Shiraz and Angie. Have visited multiple stores, wish I had come to furniture village first, as the team took their time out to understand what we were after , I am grateful to put a order through for a bed and mattress, service was authentic and they were very patient with us. Thank you so much will definitely be coming back here again to buy the stuff we need for our house.

Michael at Furniture Village at Slough was by far the best salesperson I have ever encountered. Coming from salesman background myself he would have swept the floor with me.He was not pushy and was very funny. Unfortunately I did not buy the bed but I’m writing this review for purely how good of an experience we had from Michael.Michael if you’re reading this, sorry for not buying the bed but wish you all the best in your future endeavours. And hope you make some big sales!

Outstanding customer service from Nile! Super helpful and took his time to consult us through all our options depending on our finance. So friendly and no forceful tactics. Nile was extremely helpful for an order we placed with a different store with a different sales person. He had no commission or benefit to gain, but still went out of his way at closing time to make sure we got full details of an order we needed an update on, and gave us extra helpful tips about the mattresses we had ordered. Great service all round.
