No bath plug - had to chase up to get one. Barely enough hot water for a shower in morning and evening. Not enough for a bath! No TV signal - had to chase office to get it connected and the office phone number was down so had to walk round each time. Promised Welcome Pack" did not have washing powder

Beautiful apartment but unreliable hot water. If you report a problem you get a very friendly face and warm apology but that's your lot. Nothing gets rectified. 3 of 5 nights we had cold showers and just a 'sorry' in an email. Considering we had a disabled person and child in our party it really wasn't good enough. Won't be visiting again as a result and wouldn't recommend.

OK so let’s begin..our room was located in building no 8, floor 5 and number 22. Check-in reception is at the beginning of the street and the staff was polite and useful. At first, everything looked good, spacious two rooms, a large living room with a TV and kitchen and nice views of to harbor. But... The carpet is so Dirty that is awful.…it really can be cleaned! There are muld in Bathroom around bath and glass same in shower room. All chairs in living room are damaged and old! Except this its ok. But improvements is a must !

Room we were in need of updating, items had been broken by previous user's, lifts and corridor was quite smelly from bin's in basement and someone smoking weed in one of the rooms. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for showering, cleaning needs to be checked too as stains on dining chair legs and heater in bathroom. We spoke to another guest and their room was much nicer.

Beautiful apartments, Great competitive price and very homely feel, genuinely my favourite place I've ever stayed! Such a shame that some apartments aren't finish, thus our stairwell wasn't completed, so bad stairs without carpet halfway up, lights out and raw metal railings, oh and also the lift was broke so we had to trek up 4stories back and forth constantly. Such a shame as the staff at reception, location, price and the apartments themselves are brilliant!

Even though the apartments are a way from the old town if Edinburgh, these beautifully appointed apartments are worth finding. With fabulous views the area is quiet and relaxing.The living/dining/kitchen room with large picture view and oversized sofa is relaxing and with everything you need for a great stay.Parking is no problem with plenty of spaces, we came by train and found it easy to pick up the number 10 bus down to the harbour where the bus turns around right outside the apartments.

Great apartment. Clean and spacious. Parking not a problem. Good location with a great view out over the Firth of Forth. 24hr Asda shopping centre within walking distance. Plenty bars and restaurants in the area. 5 mins drive to the city centre or there's a bus stop opposite the apartment block. Very happy with our stay especially at the price. Well worth it and would definitely book again.

It was far the best apartment we have booked for holidays!Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large kitchen and living roomMan who welcomed us was awesome!friendly and helpful!Location was great,next to the sea,with a bus stop near by to go to the centerParking was free of chargeVery clean and with great facilities

Easy check in and check out with nice staff.Apartment was in good shape, well cleaned, just the kitchen could have been equipped a bit better. Apart from that, everything supplied was sufficient, the location is great, it's quiet but well connected, close to the sea, tidy, all in all there was nothing to complain about that couldn't happen anywhere.Definitely recommended, especially for that price.

Took the wife and little one here for a one night stay. Was a good experience. On arrival I noticed that there was water all over the place as someone had switched off the fridge and freezer. Called reception who had someone over in 5 minutes to deal with the issue. The view from the Apartment was amazing as well. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Edinburgh to check it out .
