popped in to enquire whether they had bolts I needed for my motorcycle, unsure whether they would be happy to supply single bolts. Turns out I needn't have worried as they sorted me out with a full set of the bolts I needed and even took the time to have a chat with my little boy which made his trip out following daddy around shops much brighter :) Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful and friendly, happy to deal in small amounts. Not many firms like this left.July 2021 Just to add, every time I call or visit they are always happy to helpOctober 2022, Sad to say that they have now moved and are part of a bigger firm. I'd like to think they would still deal with private customers but they weren't sure when I asked.

I called in this morning for a couple of bolts for my tv unit, I didn't know dimensions or thread size etc. and the member of staff was very helpful and efficient in identifying the bolts I needed based on one I brought in with me.I was very happy with the price and customer experience and I'll be sure to use them again for any similar needs I have in the future.I initially found them via a google search for a bolt / fastener supplier in the Gateshead area.
