Ms Dilara Demir didn’t even answer my last kindly email which I have asked a simple question. I have asked is there any hand notes exist related my case. She didn’t answer that. Such a professional right? And you said I thanked because for your service in the comments. I have just thanked because I didn’t want to continue with you and it was just a kind email that like that “thanks but I don’t want to continue”. And you know what I have talked with three different solicitors. Because Ms Dilara made me say that “No Comment” in Second interview with police, it make my process much longer. And each of them said that second interview was a chance for you to explain what exactly happened. So do you still think that I am graceful from your service?

We appointed Emir Sertbay as our solicitor after he came highly recommended by my partner's colleague and he lived up to his reputation. From the offset of our property purchasing process, he was very patient and communicative with us, always taking our calls and updating us as often as possible. Everything moved quickly on his end and we always felt like we were a priority, even though i'm sure he has loads of cases! As a first time buyer, this assurance was invaluable. We would highly recommend Emir to anybody else buying a flat in London.

Thought I'd try a local solicitor for some conveyancing - big mistake. My experience of Morgan Has: -slow/poor communication, completion statement provided too late to complete on time thereby incurring a penalty which I was initially pressurised to pay myself. Stamp duty paid late thereby incurring fine. TP1 filed contained different wording to that I was asked to review. No notification when new title documents have been issued and no follow up communication when I tried to obtain a copy of the title. They weren't even local as it was passed to their Enfield branch. Obviously others have had a better experience but for me a really bad experience.

Mr Emir Sertbay has helped us with our visa extension. He was professional and quick during the process. We would like to thank him for his services.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVed from solicitor AYBEN ALBAY at Morgan Nottingham office. Constantly lied to us during our mortgage application and messed up our file leading to bank declining! Very rude to us when we questioned her work! Never will I work with Morgan Has again. Made us wait months, misled us throughout the entire process by giving false information. I’m taking this solicitor to court for not adhering to the ethical laws of the UK as a solicitor!
