Really disappointing experience. My car stayed at this garage for an entire month with no work done on it. I have never experienced a garage that doesn’t mind a car taking up space that could be used for other customers! They rarely kept me up to date and the receptionist would always promise to call back and would never call back. She would also never have any information about the car itself which was useful (!). It’s funny how when I needed information about the car they were hard to contact, but when the payment needed to be made the phones were more active than ever before...

Our whole family regularly use Dave and his band of highly trained professionals. Recently my wife's kia soul went on for a service and MOT. Communication and price was sensible and more than fair. I have used this garage for an faulty sensor, they first replaced a sensor and charged me £150 and when I drove the car after they said they fixed the problem, same error popped again and the original issue was not fixed. When I took it to garage back, they charged me another £150 me to replace another sensor without my consent including labor and diagnostics. I was made to pay double the labour and diagnostics for the same problem. I would avoid these guys in future. Not a happy customer experience and very disappointed with their approach.

This garage is run by and employs real mechanics, who know what they are doing, not technicians who only rely on plug ins to resolve issues, where they replace component after component until the fault is clear. The garage is also forthcoming with valuable advice, keeping you on the road. Many many thanks.

Incredibly kind and helpful garage. I was stuck miles and miles from home with a tyre pressure light that kept coming on and didn't want to risk getting stuck on the motorway with the baby. The kind team looked at it, sorted all the pressure out for me and checked the tyres for damage, got me on my way and wouldn't take any payment. Thank you so much!
