Visited about a month ago and I forgot to leave a review that one of the staff was so unfriendly. Sighing every time and blaming customer that who wants to have to refund their item. I don't get why I pay money for an unpleasant experience, especially at shopping.

I know Im not a big spender, but the staff are talking in their own language not English on the shop floor. Just ignore you, feel like Im in their way, buying there.You might be better putting a vending machine there, rather than the 2 staffs.

Sadly I have a thing for kitchen stuff (anything to make my better than average cooking seem even better, if only at a prep level) and Zwilling is very, very hard to pass over as everyting is so nice. Added to that the staff are exceptionally nice and helpfull. Its just an added bonus that all of what they sell is top class.

I have decided to use the virtual shopping service to purchase a couple things from Zwilling during the lockdown period. The staff of this store are very helpful in showing you all of the products they have in store via Zoom and Whatsapp. This makes the virtual shopping process a lot more reassuring and smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend you to shop with them the next time you look for some pots and pans for your kitchen!

I decided to buy a staub for my future cooking so came down to this boutique. The staff was very patient and knowledgeable. The price is also very affordable compared to high street price. I am excited to start cooking using my new baby!
