Mike came to help me as I was locked out of my home this evening.He was incredibly polite and helpful upon receiving my call and unlike my previous experience with locksmiths he WAS NOT a ripoff.You can see that he absolutely loves his career not just by his professionalism but by his lovely nature.I can recommend him without hesitation.Thank you Mike for great job.

I rang and explained my issue last night and Mike came around this morning as promised, evaluated the problem with my handle. It was actually the latch mechanism which was failing. He fixed everything there and then - quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional service for a very reasonable price. Excellent Service.

Absolutely brilliant service this is the second time we have used these first Aaron came to change the locks on the front door then Mike to mend the back door today ,Both men where on time thorough and friendlyWould definitely recommend this company

Mike was very helpful and came around to look at my door the same day. No call out fee which was fantastic especially when your not sure if anything can be done or not. Great guy, I recommend and will use again.

Great service, from a friendly and professional locksmith. Arrived within an hour, tried his absolute best to get our snapped key out, and when he couldn't, managed to fit a new lock for not much more. Thank you Mike! Would highly recommend.

Called Mike out after sourcing number following a frozen lock. He arrived when he said he would and with no hesitation got to work and went beyond call of duty not only fixing lock , explained why it happened , offered better solution. He also love a decent cuppa !!
