Great customer service no fault there however, to be quoted over £5000 for fencing around my small garden is extortionate! I am sure it will good quality etc but come on! If the price was right I would have used them..

Great customer service, the survey and costs were provided really quickly and the full fence replaced a few days later. Fence looks great and has been built to how i wanted it. Great service

James and Matt came and transformed our awful garden in the space of a week. From.beginning to end, the professionalism of this company has been evident. I felt 100% confident in their work.and am thrilled with the outcome. Both James and Matt were really pleasant to have around, polite, hardworking and represented Proline, as a top professional company, brilliantly. They worked in all weathers throughout the week, including the heaviest hailstorm I have witnessed in the UK. We had quotes from 4 local companies; this was not the cheapest, but was miles ahead in terms of communication, response time, paperwork and friendliness. I cannot recommend the company .ore highly and am thrilled with the transformation to our garden.

They have been working here for a month and the little kids that have messed there work up they have kept there chin up and sorted it out so Jamie and max you should be proud off what work you have done I think it looks amazing and I will point a few people in the right direction for there fence to be done.

We used Tom to install a new gate. The gate does not lock, it has faulty wood. We have emailed Tom, sent messages to Tom, called Tom and no response. We have asked for the gate to be removed and the one hundred and fifty pounds to be refunded. No response. Please do not use this company!

I hired Proline fencing to fit 6ft fence with concrete posts and a new gate after considering a number of quotes.I was satisfied with the quality of the fence and gate and the job was done quickly. The job was done on the day agreed and the workmen were generally left to get on with the job.There were a number of issues, some were addressed promptly, some weren't dealt with at all.1. Quote for 10 fences, but 9 was fitted. I had raised this after receiving the initial invoice and was offered a small deduction.2. Whilst the job was done, I had requested the fence to be fitted close to the pavement as I did not want a smaller garden nor weeds in the gap. There was a gap between the fence and the pavement which was filled with mud. I was told to raise another job to put concrete and to deal with weeds using weed killer. Not very pleasant discussion given I was very explicit and my current fence was fitted without a gap previously! I wasnt happy about mention of additional costs.3. A hole was left by the concrete post next to the gate which meant rain and leaves gathered in the hole. This was resolved once a photo was sent as evidence and concrete was filled in next day. Prompt response.4. All the old fences were taken down on the day and removed without any hastle. The broom was broken on the day of the job so the no cleaning was done with a promise to carry out in next few days. Lots of mud and debris was left on the road next to the fence. Also dirt was left outside my neighbours garage where the lorry was parked. Following feedback, nothing was done to resolve issue.5. Gate was promised to be installed next day and garden to be secured overnight. Garden was not secured on the day and was job was not completed till a few days later.6. Keys for the gate were missing/ left on the gate. Prompt response to refit new lock on the gate.In general, the job was a bit more expensive than other quotes - I do not have the experience of other companies so I cannot comment on whether they would have done a better job. The quotes I received was for a similar job with similar specifications. There were no additional costs from the initial price quoted, which was good.I think the fence and the gate looks great, service was great apart for a few things where they could have been better. I have fed back to them so hopefully they will improve.

ABSOLUTE CROOKS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Our fence panels were blown over from the storm last week, but remained intact. I asked for someone to come round and slot them back in and solidify them somehow. We were quoted £300 which I thought was high but me and my wife have just had a baby and the storm was aggressive so we went with it due to safety first. What we got was 2 men spending 20 minutes slotting them back in and job done. A reliable tradesman friend of mine recommended this company to me, so I trusted them. I refuse to let him know how how much they have charged for this as it would be an awkward conversation and embarrassing. I have fed this back to the owner Leigh and he has dismissed it saying it’s the price. I have to swallow this (and with a week old baby) but don’t make the same mistake.
