Said my parts were in stock, clearly used them for another order or click and collect. Which had put me behind on my schedule for fixing the car. Asked to collect parts and told it wasn’t possible.Shambles of a place. ordered parts from apd and euro aswell (absolutely no problems)

Good website and availability of parts and clear descriptions with oem part numbers etc. The customer service however is poor in the swindon store when I visited, I merely asked if they would price match some brembo brake pads with euro car parts to which I got quite a rude and arrogant response; 'we don't need to price match we know we offer the lowest prices' so ended up getting the same pads from euro car parts for about £25 less....

I don't agree with one price online and another price in store and the range of products isn't always the best. Or they say they have it in store and when you go there they have to order it in....

Rang to ask if had red rear bulbs for my Saab as failed mot.said yes in stock .I said I have to walk 2miles it.s Raining are u sure u have them .yes we have got there soaked didn't have any just shocking .IL never use them again .
