These guys were absolutely fantastic with our autistic son, Stewart had all the time in the world to help our son make his selection and then showed him the intricacies of painting and glueing on his first model. Blown away by the friendliness and supportiveness of this team, will be back for sure.

Came here looking for tips on painting non Warhammer figurines and they didn't push me at all to buy any products I wasn't interested in it was really nice, everyone here seems really keen and interested in what I was doing and gave plenty information. 10/10 employees

Personel was real friendly. Big store. Not a lot of painting at display. Had lots of boxes in store.

A lot of large boxes on floor ,as I am retired with bad balance I almost fell twice,staff seemed oblivious to this.I know they were preparing for a tournament but customer safety first and keep walkways clear..

Great shop and fantastic staff! Always good for giving tips, tricks, advice and even just having a chat about what you're getting stuck into. The team in the Glasgow shop are a wonderful bunch and I've only ever had positive experiences with them!

There's a very impressive display of different models and equipment. There is also a tabletop at the back for playing and painting, they also host game play nights and other activities.I don't know anything about Warhammer, but I do know the staff here are super helpful, friendly and welcoming - regardless of your experience (or lack of). They are also extremely knowledgeable, being able to help me find an exact figure just from description. And if they don't have what you're looking for if it can be ordered online they will do that for you too, either to the store or your home. They also know (as far as I know) everything there is to know about specifications and best materials for different jobs.Staff I interacted with were on the 1st and 5th of September 2023, so shout out to them even though I forgot their names.

I have been going in for a very long time, the staff are amazing and helpful, they have amazing knowledge of the game systems and lore. It is in a nice spot of Glasgow as well since it is so close to central station, when walking in I Love looking at the wonderful dioramas on the windows,

Staff know what they're talking about. Friendly and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something.I knew what I wanted, they listened, have their opinion and easy conversation.
