Really good range of products at competitive prices and over the last 6 or 7 years that I've been using them they've only been out of stock once and that was sorted for collection the next day. Aware that they're part of the same group as B&Q, but far better to deal with as long as you don't want displays and can order from a catalogue or online.Was there yesterday after my first online order and was served by Kelly(?). Very pleasant and efficient as are all the staff, and even though they were quite busy she had obviously noticed I used a walking stick and offered to carry my items to the car.... very thoughtful!!Also found over the years that you can rely on ALL of the staff to give good advice and be helpful and efficient.0nly one criticism of Wakefield branch and that's parking. I appreciate its limited by the space available but a disabled space plus would be an advantage. Otherwise brilliant place.

Since it went to checking in system the whole atmosphere which was at screwfix as gone why the staff there god only knows ,you get text to say your order picked and waiting when you go to pick it up it is still not ready after registering in it is now a complete joke alot of my colleagues in the building trade now visit toolstationthat is why i give it 1star it should be minus 3

Great go to place for all tools, power tools and hardware.Often have good deals on the bigger names .Their own brand gear is half bad too.All the usual sealants and building adhesives and additives available too.Also good for decorating and gardening gear.

New system rubbish why change easy to complicated will use toolsration in future cannot give minusc5 stars it won't let me.

The staff were so happy to help and very friendly and cheerful! I couldn't find what I wanted in the catalogue so a member of staff came to help but she couldn't find it either. In the end we found it on my phone and I ordered and paid and got my products which was a quick process. On leaving the member of staff came to tell me she had found in the catalogue where the product (carpet strip) was so if she was ever asked again she would know for future as she said she hates not being able to help a customer out which I thought was very nice. Good prices especially if you are buying in bulk

Always good service, competitive prices and adequate parking. Organisation during Covid was good. On occasions when I’ve placed online orders, staff have been very quick to call if they didn’t have items in stock and have offered alternative pickup locations or have ordered items in for me. Far better than the large DIY organisations where you have to walk miles around a huge warehouse. Quick in and out stuff, leaving more time to do your work/projects.

Ordered goods online Saturday pm and was promised that they would be available for collection within 48 hours. Sure enough, Monday morning I received a text to tell me that my order was ready for collection. Great service.
