Went in with my laptop to get the screen replaced and found Mark to be very helpful in explaining what it needed and how long it would be. I had a price in half an hour and was told it would be a few days to get fixed. Next day I had a call saying it was ready and i didnt mind paying slightly extra with top class service like that. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!!!

This is exactly the kind of personal, client-focused repair service that is becoaming so difficult to find nowadays. Easy to contact, great at keeping in touch, super-quick and really accommodating - fixing what you need fixed using his professional expertise and obvious enthusiasm for helping. A total pleasure, and so happy with the repair ans sensible pricing. This guy's a gem!

Absolutely fantastic service. Don't go anywhere else for a laptop repair before trying Mark first. His prices are more than reasonable and he is very helpful and friendly. Got my laptop back in less than 24 hours and he charged me about half of what I was quoted everywhere else. All round decent guy.
