Literally every single person who worked at the store was welcoming and kind. Thanks to Mal and Millie for their knowledge and patience with paint matching.

It’s always a bit intimidating to go to these places because I know very little about building materials and everyone is always very busy and you don’t want to bother them but this morning I met Alex , she helped me with everything I needed, despite looking very busy, she took time to explain and called the other stores to check on stock, super helpful. This is customer service with the extra mile, I will be back for sure if she’s there. Thank you Alex

Good decorating shop, young lad who mixed my paint was very helpful, helped me carry stuff out to the van. Shop is well organised with a good variety of products and at very reasonable prices. Parking is a bit iffy, red route all the way, but do have a couple of bays outside the shop where you can load up.

Always a pleasure to shop in Leyland London Bridge. All I needed today was a tester paint for a project I'm doing for a wedding reception. Simon helped and advised me as to what would be suitable to use. Will be back in the week to get some paint mixed for the job.They must be trained very well as nothing is too much bother for the people working there. Their manner and service is top notch......something other stores and companies could learn from.Thanks Simon, thanks team Leyland.

Friendly helpful staff.Need more size selection of work trousers.Had one pair of 32 waist and the rest were 36" - 38"....I'm not that fat"

absolutely love this shop! imagine b&q with everything you want, nothing you dont, better prices, plenty of staff, and everything presented neatly and orderly...but also just around the corner in central london. simply brillant!
