Can't work out why stuff in shop is twice the price of that sold online?!! Some of the jewellery sets for little girls are over-priced in my opinion! If I had brought these in the shop, rather than on line they'd have cost £22.50 instead of £11.25 + 3.50 postage!

Took my Daughter to Claire's in Affinity Outlet to get her ears pierced. The young lady who was working in there, was the only member of staff but she was great and was very efficient at her job. She made my daughter feel at ease while she had her ears pierced. We look forward to visiting there again.

Expensive as all Claire's stores are.Packed out shop with lots of sparkly jewlerry, toys, gifts and anything little girls (or boys?) Could want.Struggled to get the pram in, so walked in, turned around and walked back out

Overpriced but the kids are drawn in to the bright,sparkly coloured fare.Staff were unhelpful and unaware of their own policies.I was told to take a recently purchased item(less than half an hour previously) that had broken back to the store l bought it from because the manager was on her break!! Wonderful customer service...not.The manageress was more helpful and resolved the problem for me.

came here with hubby, best experience of my life. hole was a bit too big for his forehead but what's 'perfect' anyway. 20 stars/10, will defo be coming back.

Would like to see things a little cheaper...sad when I can visit the local supermarket and buy similar products for under half the price.
