Visited shop late on a Saturday afternoon as my phone would not charge. Needed phone for work on Monday . Mohammad had my phone fixed within the hour. Great service reasonable price.

My partner needed an iphone 7 battery replacement... took to these guys... shortly after began having charging issues. Returned the phone to them. Told charging port required replacing, paid, phone worked ok for around a week. Charging issues started again. Returned once more. Recieved free charging port replacement. Shortly after, the phone started making horrific noises whilst vibrating. Intermittent power issues started again. Phone no longer turned on. believeiving the phone to be beyond repair my partner has bought a new phone. I today opened the case to find taptic engine had no screws holding it down, most other components also missing screws... retrieved a total of 9 loose screws from within the phones inside. There are still several missing. This is not the kind of workmanship I expect to pay good money to a repair shop for and has led to the unnecessary expense of a new phone purchase. Avoid at all costs.

Took my Sony phone in with a badly cracked screen. He took a look at it and ordered the part telling me he'd call me when the part came in, which he did. I took the phone back in and he fixed it in a couple of hours and it's as good as new again. Excellent job at an excellent price.

Whent into this shop for a screen protector. The assistant said sorry I'll order 1 as we don't have your make.No problem paid for it went back in 7 days later to see that it would not fit . But to find out that the wrong one was ordered. So the assistant said sorry I'll reorder it for next week. So went back in 7 days later to be told sorry I haven't got it. So I asked for a Refund.But the assistant said please give me bank details. 4 days later still waiting for a Refund and no one is answering the phone. No surprise there. Time for a shop visit again

Not very happy took the wife's phone here and was told it had software issues and 45 pounds to fix which was fine then a week later was told it was hardware issue and it would be,90 pounds got the phone back 3 weeks later unfixed

Replaced iphone x camera for a very good price esp considering Apple wanted £530. Communication was good and work was completed to a high standard in a really.good timeframe. Would certainly use this shop again for repairs.

Awful service. Worst service i've ever experienced. Had my phone for a month, two repairs, still didn't work, the last repair was a bodge job as the screen they have superglued into my phone doesn't even line up with the internal cameras now. Demanded my money back and luckily got it because I refused to leave the shop until I did. Ultimately my phone came back worse than when it was first taken there. Awful customer service. Rude. Very little communication. Would rather have spent £300 on a repair and had a recent job!

Siraj is a nice and trustworthy guy . He fixed my phone in 2 hrs in a very good price . Will definitely recommend this shop !

Simple screen change required. They wanted £110 in cash upfront. Kept our phone for 3 weeks. Chased them every other day to get lies and fob offs.Eventually they said that they couldn't get a screen for the phone (??? yes quite). Phone had been taken completely apart with no consideration of static (ESD). Part of phone ended up being posted in normal mail in a jiffy back to London and back (no idea why) whilst the motherboard was in Wootton Bassett kept in a plastic bag!Got phone back and money back. Phone was a write-off.Carphone warehouse estimate was only £60 to change a screen ... and new phone was only £90!Very angry man in shop - rude - shouty - zero customer service skills.Please avoid. Dreadful place. Going to get Trading Standards involved as unacceptable to be left a knackered phone with no choice but to buy a new handset.
