What an amazing venue for any special occasion. We were there for a wedding in a marquee, in the grounds of the beautiful house, and even though the weather was awful the staff were brilliant and made the day special. Can highly recommend.

Attended my son's wedding here. Breath taking views from the gardens. Stunning house both inside and out. Staff team exceptional service. Went above and beyond throughout the entire day and evening.

A charming country home, run by wonderful people, situated right in the heart of the Cumbrian countryside. There are also plenty of warm and friendly pubs and inns nearby too. Highly recommended!

Went for a walk around the garden on an open day and was very serprised how it's kept with great care and to its iriginal features. Looking forwards to the next visit.

We had our wedding ceremony here this weekend and it was just amazing.Charles is always there to answer any questions and made the experience so easy.The food was amazing and I would highly recommended them.Thank you again for making it a speacil experience
