I’ve been shopping at Iceland for many years & the service has always been very good. The staff are always happy & willing to assist customers if they can. They are extremely courteous & polite sometimes offering helpful & useful advice as well. The food at Iceland is excellent value for money especially if you’re on a tight budget. They cater really well for people are vegan & vegetarian who might be on a plant based diet. I’d highly recommend to all family & friends

Would give it a no stars if I had the chance got moaned at this afternoon for not asking for delivery and then moaned at for not registering my bonus card and then when I eventually got a delivery apparently stood at my door 10 mins baring in mind my lounge is by the front door and left a card and a very snotty and moody voicemail telling me my stuff is being taken back to the store unfortunately. Very bad thing is I'm diabetic and I'm disabled and need the food I brought this afternoon want compensation for the service today
