Precision Pass Limited

Attended the Leicester Tournament recently and found that the Referees provided were the worst I have ever seen, there was no thought for the CHILDREN playing, we complained to the organisers and they agreed as well but done nothing about, I would strongly advise any teams looking to go on these tournaments should think twice about booking with this firm, there are other well organised tournaments by proper refereeing.

We was supposed to be travelling to Paris for a tour and paid over £8000 as a club but obviously due to all the children’s safety we have decided not to travel. Jamie at precision pass has refused to return any of deposits to families and all his emails have been about is getting more money off families, not once has he put the children first. Disgusting!

After cancelled event, no deposit returned, poor communication, not recommended.

Would advise caution with this organisation. My son's football team paid to enter a tournament that had supposedly been organised by Precision Pass at the Amex Stadium on Monday 31st May. Monies were taken by Precision Pass Ltd. A couple of weeks ago we were told that the tournament was being cancelled by Brighton & Hove Albion on health & safety grounds. However, BHAFC have confirmed that this was NOT the case, as it was due to Precision Pass never actually confirming the booking of the stadium. Surprise surprise, they still have not refunded the team for their entry fees. They also don't like comments being placed on their Facebook page and are quick to delete them and block individuals. In my mind this is basically fraud - and taking money under false pretencies. I would avoid based on our experiences - very dissapointing and not even holding their hands up to admit it was their error!

Excellent communication during COVID. Our team were disappointed that the tournament got cancelled due to the pandemic, but we were well informed and look forward to returning again in 2021.
