I’ve been a regular to this massage place. Sorry I only made a review now. Been doing monthly full body massage here ever since I had the hip pain which surprisingly went away after the first session I had. I work as a nurse and I have loads of body aches so I always look forward for the monthly massages here. Staff are professional and friendly

Had a massage here twice and to be honest, I felt really good. All the staffs are really cute and enthusiastic also professional at their work. They really made me feel re-energized from my body. I will definitely come back here!!!

You are not only bad at your job, but also a liar. Me and two of my friends came yesterday. You must remember that I told you I would never come again.You said you had 20 more minutes and it was over. You should also remember that your massage was really terribleAlso, do not write to me again and do not call me a liar.

This is the best massage in Bristol. This place is very relaxing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good massage. Both staffs and therapists are very well-manner, polite, service-minded, professional, and very clean place. I will definitely come back again!!!

I visited Ton Poh Thai Spa yesterday and enjoyed the services here. I was recommended oil massage. The staff was very well trained. They provided the service politely and professionally. They correctly know how to treat and recover me from stress and pain. The place is very clean and serene as well as the products used here are very good quality. In my opinion, the price is reasonable and appropriate compared with the service quality obtained. I can spend the time here for 2 hours or the whole day without boring. This is the place I will absolutely come back!!!

Prior to this visit I actually had a great experience and recommended this place to all work colleagues customers and friends, and left a great 5 start review. however the second time I came I was stuck in some traffic as I was traveling from the other side of town, which sometimes is out of your hands when this unexpectedly happens, with road works in Bristol, anyhow I did call in to notify the situation which morally is the main reason I was quite disappointed from this, the receptionist was lovely, understanding and confirmed it wasn’t an issue. However when I arrived a shorter, older lady came out and approached quite rudely saying how I wouldn’t be able to have the full hour massage which was fine. Understandable. I agreed this wasn’t a problem as I was 10-15 minutes late and apologised again at this stage, and she said it would only be 45 minutes not an hour, despite me calling in and making her aware and making me still travel 55 minutes drive without saying this beforehand that this was going to be an issue or informing policies that are in ace she said how I had to pay full price for an hour and have 45 minutes. I understand it’s annoying when lateness happens when you have a business to run but there should have been some consideration being a loyal client and calling to notify beforehand respectively, which also added to the lateness of going to the cash point to withdrawal cash as this was a ‘requirement’. Unfortunately you have lost a loyal client and due to this I feel very disappointed by the customer service from this woman.Great colleagues and massages but unfortunately this was a let down for me.
