Great selection of book's by topic matter, nice calm aire, older structure with more rustic charm. The staff here are very friendly, approachable and extremely competent. This venue provides excellent service's.

Never in my life I've experienced such a noisy library. Kids running around, people talking loudly without the staff saying anything. Staff shouting at each other to communicate from one side of the room to another, which is rude in most workplaces, even more so in a library. Terrible

Stsf are friendly and knowledgeable. Space is clean, well organised and relaxing. The range of books, audio, movies and services is great.I make a lot of use of the online catalogue for all edinburgh libraries to conveniently collect books as Mcdonald Road is the closest library to me.
