Ashby Lodge

We went to visit my Nanna yesterday and due to terrible traffic were later than arranged. I'd like to thank the staff for their kindness and understanding and allowing me to spend some time with my Nanna. They followed Covid procedures thoroughly which is very reassuring and could not have been more helpful. Thanks to Emma and the young male Health Care assistant who I witnessed treating my Nanna and other residents so kindly and patiently. My Nanna looked so well and seemed very happy.

Everyone looking after my mum are so caring, thankyou for all your understanding of the situation me and mum have had to go through especially paula managress who is excellent in her job... Thankyou so much for caring and making both me and mum feel at home

My aged Aunt is looked after here. Staff are very caring. The home is extremely clean and well managed. There is a very homely feel. My Aunt tells me the meals are good and the staff look after her very well I just turn up without prior notice and am always made welcome.

My grandad Keith lived in Ashby Lodge for almost 13 months. He loved every second of it and held all the staff in high regard with the level of love, care and attention they provided. He lost his life today and being honest I don't think I could have made it this far without the family support that the care home provide. If you are looking for a small but perfect care home for a loved one choose this one. My heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of the staff for the quality you brought to my grandads life
