Had a brilliant experience with Elliot and his team. They did a big job for us on an old house where we needed to keep adding on to the job. Lovely hand sculpted craftmanship using lime plaster. Timely, respectful, professional, easy to deal with... we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We bought a Grade 2 listed thatched cottage which needed a complete renovation. The existing lime plaster and lath walls and ceilings were in a poor state. Craft Limework have transformed the interior of the house. A huge amount of skill, care and attention by Elliott Pepper (and Will) over the last couple of months has resulted in an authentic lime plaster finish ready to paint. Plaster and laths retained and stabilised where possible and new plaster and laths where needed. We have decorated the walls and ceilings with clay paint and can testify to the quality of both the finish but also the skilful preparation which we tracked with photographs. We cannot recommend Craft Limework highly enough. We have some wattle and daub panels to replace and we will be asking Craft Limework to come back and help us finish off the renovation. 5 stars!!

I needed a lime plasterer fairly quickly as the kitchen wall was damp in our cottage and it needed the cement taken off and plastered with lime. I had already ordered the kitchen. Craft Limework was very accommodating and though busy managed to squeeze me in for 2 sessions. I had little knowledge of lime plastering and Elliot was helpful in explaining the process. He and his colleague did a superb job and we are very pleased with the end result. They worked extremely hard , always reliable and very pleasant to deal with Their prices are reasonable for such skilled work. I have no hesitation in recommending Craft Limework.

Elliot and his team have been back several times to do large scale rendering jobs for me. Using quality lime products they have repeatedly done a fantastic job. Most recently Elliot rendered a large gable end of my house in lime. He is always on time, professional and gets a great finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elliot and the Craft Limework team.

Elliot and Will worked made a great job of plastering insulating lime plaster to 2 the two outside walls of our previously damp and chilly sitting room. We are looking forward to a warm and cosy winter in there.
