As a non knitter I was amazed at the speed it took to make the Hannah blanket just one week and less than a week to make the cushion. Brilliant. The wool is so soft and the colours arwt great. Wet done!!

I bought the baby blanket kit and chunky wool, I modified the pattern to make the blanket slightly bigger and its gorgeous. My baby boy loves his blanky and his older siblings, (and me!) now desperate for one of our own. Really beautiful wool and such a great experience

Bought the baby mittens and booties kit recently. The kit contained everything you need and the quality of the wool was gorgeous, but the pattern wasn't good and won't be using it again.

This is very expensive wool and the skeins I received simply don’t live up to the quality I’d expect. The beige kept snapping as I tried to ball it and there were also areas of such loose twist I can already tell it will be a nightmare to crochet with. It’s also a shame that there were small bits in the wool - I suppose this makes it more authentic but really at the cost, I’d expect pristine, perfect wool. I do like the colour choices and the speed of delivery was good.

Knitting kit was beautifully presented in a tissue paper lined box. A hand written postcard was enclosed. It made a real difference as a customer to receive something so nicely packaged.

I’ve been very impressed with both the products and the customer service of Wool Couture. I was (am) fairly new to knitting and crocheting but was able to use the instructions provided, as well as Claire’s YouTube videos, to successfully knit a blanket for my baby. I’ve also started crocheting two animals and have been thrilled with the quality of the yarn, the instructions as as mentioned, the customer service. I had an issue that was resolved extremely quickly and also received assistance when I had a technical question about a technique I wasn’t family with. I’ll definitely use Wool Couture again in the future and would recommend the kits, even for absolute beginners!

I was going to order a chunky knit starter kit from this company but saw they have a work shop 30minutes away from me, contacted them asking when the next work shop will be and got ignored. They read my message the same day but still haven't replied 3 weeks later. I've noticed they ignore comments asking the same questions as me. I wont be buying a starter kit from here either if they don't have good customer service. Confused to how you have customers if you don't reply.
