Phoned today and had an exceptional, friendly customer service experience, I was having a strange error on my quad motor mover handset, 10 beeps and caution light flashing. This error was not detailed in the manual but one of the engineers advised it could be a loose wire between the master and secondary control boxes. It was and is now fixed getting me out of a difficult urgent situation, really appreciated, thanks guys.

June 2023. Incredible service from John, Rick and Tim who took the time initially over the phone and later in person after they had suggested I took my caravan to them, to identify and resolve the issue I had with my Easydriver Pro 1.8. John was even gracious enough to have me watch what he was doing and answer my questions. Exemplary service and products.

Amazing customer service ! Had an issue with unit not synchronising. Tim and John took me through diagnostics over a coupler of phone calls. Eventually packed remote and base unit back to their office Monday ... and it's returned fixed two days later. A remote board problem fixed on warranty !! Thanks so much guys ...

Had a faulty motor mover. Tim and John could not have been more helpful. No fuss fixed promptly excellent customer service. Can not fault Reich. Wish all companies were like this !

My remote lost sync with control boards, described the installation to Tim who told me there were multiple issues with the 5 year old installation, not done by them. Tim offered to sort it the next day if I could take the van to them in Cannock. Arrived with them around 10:30am and by 2pm the system had been dismantled and reinstall with all the errors resolved. What a great service. Coffee was good too. Thanks a million.David and Jeanne

Called in with a dodgy remote, expecting to leave it to be sorted. The guys were absolutely amazing, could not have been more helpful and efficient. Our issue was sorted while we waited. First class service, first class people. Thank you, and that's how you look after your customers !
