I bought 2 minutes ago a set of silver earrings. I asked for the clear one and they gave to me the reflexion " one instead. I was 2 metres away from the shop and I've returned to exchange as my little one want clear. The short lady asked me to go to the desk and there is not issue to exchange because i just bought them but the other lady told me she cant exchange due to the policy
