Been using Black Horse for many years and never had a problem.I've had car loans and bike loans. Some I have settled early, some taken to term, one terminated by me at the halfway point.Icing on the cake now is the great online access where I can manage my own accounts quickly and easily.

I haven’t had any issues with them. My payment has been taken on time every month. It’s been easy on my online account to make extra payments and settle my balance early, with immediate email confirmation. They send statements when requested, and confirmation in the post of any extra payments made. It usually takes a couple of days to process a payment and show on your account. You have the option when you make overpayments to either adjust the length of the term or adjust the payment amount which is good to have that choice. I’ve only had to phone them twice in my four year agreement to ask a general question and both times I’ve had really lovely customer service agents who have been helpful, polite and answered my questions. They have made improvements to their website in the last year or so to make your account more accessible. The only suggestion I would make, which I’m sure they are already looking in to, is to have a web chat service rather than needing to phone or write to them. All in all, I’ve no complaints and I would use them again.

BLACK HORSE BANDITS, these crooks open two accounts for customers, one account crooks use to steal credit from over chargeson car finance made by Black Horse, the credit of overpayments then gets paid into the crooks accountimpersonating you, they then Syphon the money out. Report Black Horse Finance to the Motor Insurance Bureau like I have.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bought a car from Evans Halshaw had constant problems with it got in touch with Black horse they said they would open a complaint this was October 19 now Jan 20 and haven’t driven the car since. Had absolutely no help from them spoke to one snotty woman who told me it was my fault the car keeps breaking down because apparently it’s my driving style! Then I get a phone call saying an independent inspector would look at it in December still no report from them. If I could have given 0 stars I would customer service is non existent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst finance company I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure to deal with! They rejected my application to which I was told by the car company to call them as they couldn’t understand why. After trying numerous times to get through I was told they could not talk to me about my application due to gdpr despite the fact I was the one applying for the finance!! I asked if I could speak to an advisor to be told why? I said because I want to know why I’ve been rejected with perfect credit. And she said “we just aren’t looking to proceed with you” the attitude of staff is beyond anything I’ve had to deal with in my life and how this company is still dealing I will never know! I went to Tesla after and was approved instantly with no problems! Avoid this company at all costs! It’s honestly not worth the stress and damage to your credit score with numerous searches by them!

The worse company in the world.I have got a car finance from Cazoo and the finance was progressing with this company .The car which I got , windscreen cracked and chips on the car . Because of that I returned the car , this company down my score.Please don’t get any finance with these companies at all .Bad service

Having several cars with black horse and never had an issue. Until I had to make a quality complaint. The way it was handled by Gemma was absolutely appalling. Despite telling her in my last email that she had the incorrect information. She closed my case. I also tried to phone several times and could never get hold of her.

I have just read the reviews and it does not sound like black horse I Know.I have dealt with them twice and once with Audi finance. I would use no other company even when Mercedes offered finance, Black Horse beat their quote by a big amount. When I buy a new car I always ask to deal with black horse. They are fair and got a easy app to use on your phone, if you need to contact them they are very helpful. Would recommend. The bad reviews are more likely from people who could not keep up with repayments and had cars reprocessed. Thanks for you help guys, keep up the good work

Paying off a loan early resulted in them taking a duplicate lump sum in error and blocking my card and putting me in arrears and neither Lloyds or black horse can resolve after 3 days and hours spent on the phone……

The worst company I have ever had finance with! I will never deal with these crooks again. I bought my dream car 2 years and 5 months ago. Now I have no car and £8500 worth of debt because they refuse to accept liability! My Jag is a 2017 plate with 57K miles on and the engine just literally seized out of no where! Diagnostics showed a faulty turbo caused this! Appauling company. Do not get in with this trash!!!!
