Smogit Cleaning Services

I recently moved to the area, and was keen to appoint a local business to help with some deep cleaning in my new property. I was happy with certain aspects, however a lack of attention to several small yet important details unfortunately let them down. I raised these directly with the owner Jay, who responded promptly to the feedback and provided an apology. A goodwill gesture was not offered, but would have gone a long way. For the money paid, I cannot say my experience was excellent on this occasion, hence the 3 star rating. For this reason also it's unlikely that I will use Smogit again for any further cleaning, which is a pity.

After reading good reviews on Smogit Cleaning Services, I hired them for an inventory deep clean on one of our properties near Windsor in February 2023. I was extremely impressed with Jai and his team, they did a fantastic job and the inventory check in passed successfully. No items were flagged up and we did not the team to come back and rectify any cleaning issues.I found Smogit Cleaning Services not only excellent in what they do, but also they do what they say. I found the team very professional, calm and paid attention to detail. The showed full respect to the property and us as landlords. I was impressed with Jai's professional and supportive nature. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right and to a professional and high standard.I would recommend Smogit Cleaning Services to any landlord for a great experience and most of all peace of mind. I had a clean done at my house today which consisted of dusting, hoovering, mopping, wiping. My bed linen was also changed and my sofa and mattress hoovered throughly. Everything was cleaned A - Z and I can’t mention everything on here as it’s a big list! The house smelt amazing after mopping as Jay used a rose fragrance cleaner which I always request for my mop cleans as I love the fragrance that lingers throughout the house and stays for a few days. The floors were sparkling afterwards also. Jay supervised the whole clean throughout and offered an exceptional service as always. I have used Smogit a few times now and I am always happy with the outcome. Always professional and on time. Very friendly and polite.

I used Smogit Cleaning Services to have a carpet shampoo done through-out a whole property, post renovation work.Smogit is a name I heard often by word of mouth, and through social media, so I though I'd give them a try.Contacting the company was very easy, and J was very helpful on the call whilst booking the service I required. The services were provided on time, and the company was very honest in their approach. Heavy duty equipment was used on the day to breathe life back into a carpet which was quiet old. The carpet looks fresh, and clean and the house now feels a much better place to be in.Thank you to the Smogit guys, for being super helpful, on-time and providing a very good service. I will use this company again for sure!

We asked for an end of tenancy cleaning. Jay was very attentive to details and was efficient from start to finish. He ensured that we are happy with the cleaning before payment (reasonable pricing) and communicated any issues with us. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.

Hired to do a deep clean of the house after completing some building work. We left them to it for the day, but got a call saying they had finished after 2 hours (3 people). We checked the house with the owner and it was as if nobody had been, terrible job, looked untouched. Owner offered to clean all the bits we were pointing out, but it was too much and pathetic. It was putting a lot of stress on my heavily pregnant wife. We were very disappointed obviously. Would definitely not recommended, do not let the nice website and good reviews fool you.

This is the 2nd time we have booked Smogit for a deep clean. We are super happy again. The team along with manager / owner turned up on time and did a fabulous job. The manager always stays with the team and we are able to pop out without worry whilst the work is done. The work is always to the highest standard and we were so pleased with the result. There is no hidden costs they are completely transparent with the price of their services and ensure you are aware of what will be done and that you are happy before work is undertaken. Once finished the manager will do a walk through with you to ensure you are happy before they leave. We won’t hesitate to utilise their services again in the future and highly recommend. Definitely 5 Star worthy , thank you.
