What a fabulous company to deal with! Helpful & efficient! Emails promptly replied to. Such an easy exercise from beginning to end - exactly as detailed on their webpage . I had little confidence they could “recover” anything on my family’s 6 reels of 8mm cine films from the 1960s & 70s (inherited and packed away in the loft for years!) but to my delight the memory stick rekindled some wonderful memories. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to recall past times! Thank you Each Moment.

I am so pleased we trusted Each Moment with our 8mm films. I sent in 11, 8mm and Super 8 reels, all of them between 50 and 57 years old and I had no idea if they were even salvageable. Well, 11 beautifully restored digitised movies came back and the whole family enjoyed them. It was like looking back in time. I would never even think of using a different service. Thanks to Tommy and the whole team at EachMoment.

I had a box of old VHS video camera cassettes which had been in my garage for 15 years or so. I’d tried playing them from various equipment including the original camcorders and video recorders etc, but there were only snatches of visual output. There was some audio, so I knew something was on the tapes but I couldn’t really identify what it related to. I selected ‘Each Moment’ for the digital recovery as they seemed to be the most thorough, and sent half a dozen off with, I must admit, some scepticism. When I played the returned tapes I was utterly amazed at how good the quality was. All were analogue tapes and the cleaned and restored digital copies were probably better than the original, with more vibrant colour and a sharper image. I had previously recorded some film onto a VCR tape which had some mould on when I sent it, so wasn’t in great condition. Again, it was quite remarkable and surprising that I could watch my time working in Zambia 25 years ago!All in all I was delighted with the service from ‘Each Moment’ and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of digitising their old media stuff. I will be rummaging around in my attic where I know I have more film and tapes I want recovering!An additional plus (especially these days), if you need to contact them their customer service is excellent – very friendly, helpful and informative.

I purchased the £249 package for a number of camcorder tapes I needed converting of my children as babies 30 years ago! They were returned to me along with the memory stick.What was returned was good quality. However.......after a few weeks I had time to check them. I noticed one hadn't been processed and contacted the Each Moment. They said there must have been an issue with it so it wasn't processed, but they couldn't explain what.I sent it elsewhere to another company who kindly said they would check it free of charge, and it was processed, and yes there was footage on it, precious footage of my children as toddlers. If I had taken Each Moment's word for it I would have thrown the tape away and not known. I contacted the company and they weren't interested, just continued to fob me off, despite the fact I had paid for the tape to be processed elsewhere. Shameful really.Sorry Each Moment but this review is more about your lack of customer service in dealing with this matter, and ignoring me.

Used EachMoment to transfer 50 year old cine film to digital format. Efficient and friendly service. We were able to track progress but in the meantime Each Moment always responded to email queries promptly and helpfully- thank you! The quality of the work was great and exceeded our expectations. We are about to send a second batch.

I am so pleased to have found this first rate company to digitise a significant number of cine films recording family history between 1933 and 1987. The pre-war 9.5mm films were in a very fragile condition and so needed the utmost care and attention. We are delighted with the results. What has also been impressive has been the way in which the company's staff made every effort to keep us informed of progress and patiently answering all questions very clearly. We have more films - and slides - to digitise so we will be returning to this excellent firm. I cannot praise them highly enough.

I would like to thank the entire Each Moment team.They digitized the tapes that were returned to me from another company with an email saying that these tapes were damaged by mold and could not be digitized. THEY DID IT! I could not believe it.Great attitude from the first moment, when I contacted them, they were helpful and kind....and I got hours of memories on a USB drive.Thank you thank you thank you

As a charity, we needed thousands of images and hundreds of tapes from our archive digitised. From the very first contact, Each Moment were totally engaged, helpful and knowledgable. We had a real sense that they were genuinely interested in our work and wanted to help. The quality of work was great. I really like that they put a QR code on each tape so we can quickly link each physical item back to it's digital version on their server. Our archive had items from several different people, so I was concerned that items could get mixed up, but they returned everything in good order. Their collection and delivery courier arrangements were reliable too. All in all, I'm very glad we chose them and would happily recommend them to any other organisation looking to digitise large archives. Thanks guys : )

Absolutely amazing company. We are so pleased with the whole process. We had over 50 video tapes stuck in the loft so we decided to get them converted onto our phones and onto a memory stick so we could finally see what was on these old video tapes. The whole process was so easy to follow and all the team at EachMoment have been so helpful. We have now been able to watch these old videos on our phones in amazing quality. So many memories with loved one’s who are no longer with us can now be watched and enjoyed. This company have gone above and beyond for us and we would highly recommend them to everybody.
