Tesco Express

I went into Tesco with my wife and sister in law. As I walked in the security guard was stood at the doors while customers were walking up and down the aisles. He never left his spot.When he saw us enter he started to follow us up and down the aisles and I asked him to leave us alone as we were feeling uncomfortable with him constantly in our proximity.He wouldn't leave and kept following us so I went to find a member of staff to complain to and found the duty manager. I explained the situation and explained that it wasn't the first time he done this, as on my previous visit he did the same. I asked why, when we entered, did he follow us and not anybody else in the store at the time? (remember, he never left his station until we entered) I was told it was his job so I asked why he wasn't doing it before we came in to Tesco and got no reply. I felt uncomfortable and was intimidated as he is a well built man. As I was leaving he just stared at us so we hurried up and left.Tesco should have people who make their customers feel comfortable not people who intimidate and follow them. I'll never use Tesco again and I'm going to phone the head office and explain the way I've been treated. I hope they find people friendly security as I feel that he does the same to others and they just haven't voiced their concerns. Sort it out TESCO.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very helpful and friendly staff, was looking for out of stock mulled wine and the counter staff working that night made sure to fetch Sam" who could help

Staff are OK but the shop is way too expensive considering the area. Only buy milk and bread everything else is extortionate.

Quick Tesco shopping, prices bit higher than in the big supermarkets.

Security guy wouldn't let me in 5 min before closing time !!!! After me driving there for 20 min !!! As shows online OPEN. I'm a lady, smart, sober what...!?

Decent small store expect for a few things, the positioning of Lottery stand, baskets & trolley's needs to be reviewed, currently the trolley's are too close to the Lottery stand which makes it more difficult than necessary to get a trolley out & put back. I've been coming to this store for over 5 years and the last 3 years with my little boy and tonight I was disgusted that I got accused that me and my little boy stole some sweets. 2 staff and a security staff followed me down the road and told me to go back. The lady behind the till said that my son walked over took sweets and we didnt pay for them. The funny thing he climbs on the self pay till to pay every single time so you see him do it. She looked at me and didnt believe me and I shoed her my banking app and it showed that I paid. She then just walked away no sorry nothing I'm so disgusted.

I like this place, all the staff are really nice. Wish they would stop the bum,s outside so bold and forward asking constantly for money all the time? They the security should stop this as it,s so off putting when your going in to buy from them and then the same one,s are asking for money again as you leave? Seriously? I know what I want to shout at them and don't and shopper,s shouldn't have to be harassed like this by tramp,s who spend everything they have on drug,s and booze and think then it,s their God given right to get it all for free from honest people? This happens all the time at Gregg's now and it needs stopping?

Customer service Is in the shop is absolutely shocking, they are rude and feels like they don't know what there doing. I went to buy something off the shelf as it was offer and the price was wrong. It was actually £1 more expensive than labeled.
