DVSA Theory Test Centre - Reed in Partnership

Abysmal service. They provided the wrong address and when I attempted to ring them to check for the correct location I realised that they only provided the DVLA customer service phone number and not their direct line. When I finally arrived all the doors to the building were locked and their was no direction provided on where to go!. When I finally found the correct place the old man working the reception was extremely rude and confrontational to myself and the other candidates acting like a complete chode. Absolutely would not recommend.

Nice, clean and modern test centre that is easy to find once you’re in the building.Staff were lovely and helpful which helped put me at ease for my theory test.

On Google maps taken me to the wrong building was driving around 15 minutes the test centre is in the HQ building opposite Queen Park they should be a sign for DVSA cause I would never had found it unless been before

The test centre is at the HQ building, which was on my confirmation letter. There is about 8 free parking spaces in front of the building but it was busy. Paid (and free) parking is available within a 5 min walk of the centre. You need to press the DVSA button on the door bell at the main entrance as the door is locked. I was greeted by a very nice and friendly lady on the main desk and a nice gentleman in the actual test room. They provide a locker for your personal items as you cannot take anything in with you. They are very strict about this. Very happy with the service.

The TAG is in the wrong place again Google still have not moved it, go to Boythorpe Road HQ Rowland Hill its around the corner, map tag still in the wrong place though........ update the tag still in the wrong place......

Lovely men informed me with everything and all procedures. So much nicer and so much less intimidating than Nottingham.
