I am very happy by taking this test ,as the receptionist's were very polite and helpful.also examiner was so lovely and friendly. I wasn't feeling any nervous as I were before taking exam.i would definitely recommend this centre.

Had a lovely welcome and experience with the staff. Smiled and helped with any question i had. Before I entered the exams room I was very nervous but the lovely smile and welcome from my examiner made it so much better which made me feel relaxed immediately even before we begun. Its realy great and very helpful experience there.I was nervous little but when I reached at examination centre they treated ne so smoothly and lightly. Everything made them so convenient for me so i really pleased to get the centre like that. They explained me about examination and about registration so nicely. I am really thankful of you.

I booked a slot for an English test required by the home office. I booked on a weekend, which was suitable for me. I received an email expalining every step of the procedures with the address details. I arrived a little bit late however the centre still accommodate me. A gentleman checked me in. Another lady came down to escort me to the registration office, she explained that I needed to empty my pockets and leave all my belongings in the locker, she also explained that I should have prepared a topic to speak about with the examiner, which was something I missed reading from the email, I was given enough time to prepare for the topic. Then she escorted me to another lady who took my photo and registered me prior to entering the test.The test is basically having conversation with the examiner through a tablet, in my situation it was with Peter, who was very professional, friendly and helpful. He was speaking in a good and well understood English which made me feel at ease and more comfortable.The whole experience was spot on. I would recommend it.Thank you trinity college for the amazing experience!

Booked an English test to be done at Trinity Leicester. Finding the building was very easy. Reception welcome was quick and easy. Waiting time to be taken to the test centre minimal and the staff were welcoming, clear in describing the process and instructions on what to do next. The examiner was friendly and reassuring in manner.The overall process of arriving, going through the process and retrieving personal belongings to leave when done, was very smooth and went quickly.Provisional results arrived on time as described on the website and by staff.A very pleasant and knowledgeable team made this a good experience.
