Absolutely hopeless.Ordered gas for Friday.Friday afternoon no gasRang to check when it would be delivered.Driver called me at 5 to say he was stuck on m5 but would deliver first thing Saturday.Saturday, the morning of our party, no gas arrived.No call no update.spoilt everything. Would never use again.

Called to ask if the shop was open, we wasn’t even finished speaking and the man on the phone was so rude and he hung the phone up on us! Disgusting no one go to this shop seen the bad reviews online and thought we’d give him a chance! Now I know why he has such poor rating

Very poor customer care......They have left me to run out at Christmas even though I called to make sure we didn't as my 83 year old mother lives with us! we have no heating, no hot water and no hob as all run on LPG
