I’ve been visiting this salon for several years now, I would never go anywhere else. I am always complemented on my eyebrows and Vimal does such a fantastic job, her attention to detail is great and she always takes so much time. All of the staff are so friendly and are happy if I bring my children along at times too.

I’ve been going to this salon for about 12 months on and off, purely for convenience. However, the service and treatments can be hit or miss. The most of the staff always seem rushed and stressed, making it difficult for them to be pleasant to customers. After my recent visit, I will never step foot in this place again. I will also advise anyone who asks me about this place not to bother. During my visit, my eyebrows were totally ruined. The person who did them denied any wrongdoing, which was completely unprofessional. Her colleagues got involved as I was almost in tears. They told me that it’s done now and I should just wait for them to grow back. This is an inadequate solution for a paying customer whose eyebrows were wrecked. The staff were dismissive and rude. I strongly advise you think twice before going here.

I have been visiting this salon for over 12 months and never been anything but delighted with the treatments and staff.My feet have never been in such good condition thanks to their wonderful pedicures and their eyebrow threading is pain free, speedy and with perfect results.The manager (and her lovely mum) and staff are delightful and keep the salon immaculately clean and with a smile. I can't recommend them too highly.

I have been to this shop a few times and it had been ok. But this time, I had booked for legs and eyebrows waxing and even though I had booked in advance it felt as though the therapist was stressed and rushing to attend to other customers. The therapist was rushing so much without proper tools that to finish she removed the left hairs with her fingers (with gloves on) instead of using tweezers, put wax on all my toes even though there was no hair (my toes were still sticking a few days later). Finally, she had barely finished when her boss opened the door (without knocking) and gave her instructions for thé next customer thereby stressing and rushing her even more. And after the lockdown, the prices have gone up exponentially for some of the treatments. Also my eyebrow shape was so badly done that I had to correct it at home

Very pleased I got an appointment for eyebrow threading same day at a convenient evening time. Bit annoyed I then received 2 calls asking me to come in earlier (one from the wrong location/sister salon). But in the end very pleased with the service and glad I booked. The beautician was friendly, quick and professional, and I'm very happy with the results. I plan to book again in the future.
